Senior Director, Corporate Development at ASM

ASM is hiring a Senior Director of Corporate Development (M&A) to lead inorganic growth strategy and execution for its global semiconductor equipment business. The role owns acquisition theses, technology and product due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, deal structuring, regulatory considerations, and post-merger integration across wafer fabrication, process control, advanced packaging, and related semiconductor technologies. It requires 12+ years of relevant experience, deep semiconductor manufacturing or equipment knowledge, strong financial modeling and executive leadership capabilities, and a Master’s or PhD in engineering strongly preferred.
