Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is hiring a Data Center Operations Leader to build and lead an approximately 250-person operations organization for a large North America data center site. The role owns deployment and production operations, develops scalable operating models, automation, processes, and tooling, oversees hardware deployment and repair teams, manages new product introduction and spare parts, and partners with engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, construction, and capacity planning teams. Candidates need significant experience leading large-scale, people-intensive operations and building systems that enable growth without proportional headcount increases. The role is based in Saline, Michigan, with a US hiring range of $169,800 to $355,400 per annum and eligibility for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
