Description
Oracle is hiring a Senior Director of Cloud Hardware Support to lead regional Cloud Hardware Support operations across parts of North America. The role oversees build and deployment, production readiness, hardware lifecycle management, steady-state operations, and break-fix support; establishes scalable operating models; builds and develops leadership teams; and partners with engineering, product, supply chain, data center engineering, and other organizations. The position requires executive leadership experience in hyperscale cloud infrastructure or related operations, experience scaling geographically distributed organizations, and strong strategic, operational, and stakeholder-execution capabilities. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with an advanced degree a plus.
