The role includes building infrastructure, establishing MLOps and data governance practices, mentoring platform, ML, and architecture engineers, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need 12+ years of data-platform or infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership, a proven record of large-scale platform transformations, and expertise in modern data architectures, streaming, cloud infrastructure, and ML platforms.
