Description
The AI & High Performance Computing Infrastructure Engineering Manager, Senior Director will lead and develop a team of AI infrastructure engineers while defining the strategic roadmap for the bank’s AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing platforms. The role oversees GPU-based infrastructure for model training, inference, RAG, agentic AI, data pipelines, and production workloads across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, with responsibility for Kubernetes, distributed systems, GPU orchestration, automation, observability, performance engineering, capacity planning, reliability, vendor relationships, and executive communication. The position is based in New York, New York.
