Description
The Senior Director, Development manages customer deployment projects for sold QTS deals, coordinating design, pricing, approvals, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, client relationships, and cost delivery. The role reports to the Property Development department, supports federal sales support, and requires extensive mission-critical facility and large-scale data center construction experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or professional license, and up to 50% travel.
