Description
The Senior Director, Digital Finance Transformation will lead Michael Baker International's enterprise finance transformation strategy, governance, design, and execution across Oracle Fusion Cloud and related ERP, automation, data, analytics, and responsible AI capabilities. The role partners with finance, operations, project accounting, procurement, IT, shared services, HR, and executive leadership; directs a three-to-five-person transformation team; and oversees ERP implementations, acquisitions, process standardization, controls, adoption, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 10–15 years of experience, extensive finance transformation and Oracle Fusion expertise, and 25%–35% travel. The position offers a $225,000–$275,000 base salary, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
