Description
Veho is hiring a Sr. Director of Driver & Marketplace Product to own the end-to-end driver-side product space, including driver acquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention, the driver mobile application, offer matching and personalization, route building and optimization, and the architecture for a multi-channel marketplace with DSPs. The role will lead a product team, partner with operations, engineering, and data science, and drive metrics such as funnel conversion, offer acceptance, fill rate, PPH, DCH, OTD, defects, and abandons. Candidates need at least 10 years of product experience, direct ownership of a supply-side marketplace product, experience leading product teams and managing PMs, and experience with marketplace complexity or supply scaling.
