nVent is hiring a Senior Engineering Leader to lead and transform engineering across its Engineered Building Solutions business. The role owns engineering execution and transformation across multiple sites, building a unified operating model that balances standardization with engineered-to-order flexibility. Responsibilities include standardizing engineering processes, developing a high-performing multi-site organization, advancing modular product strategy, enabling digital and AI-enabled tools, improving engineering performance, strengthening cross-functional delivery, engaging customers, and maintaining quality and compliance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 15+ years of engineering experience including 8+ years in leadership, experience in ETO or project-based engineering, and the ability to travel domestically 30% and up to 50% in the first year.
