Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Enterprise AI/GenAI Engineering Leader in Santa Clara, California, reporting to the VP of Engineering. The role owns the enterprise AI and generative AI strategy from proof of concept through production, leads cross-functional teams, and oversees multi-cloud LLM platforms, MLOps, model governance, agentic automation, and enterprise-scale RPA. The position requires 15+ years of software engineering, data science, or AI/ML experience, including 7+ years leading engineering or AI teams, along with expertise in LLMs, multi-cloud AI infrastructure, MLOps, RPA, Python, and agent orchestration. The salary range is $224,000 to $308,000, with 20% travel and no relocation eligibility.
