Senior Director, Enterprise Security at Delinea

Delinea is hiring a Sr. Director of Enterprise Security to lead and execute its enterprise cybersecurity program. Reporting to the CISO, the role directs the Security Architecture and Engineering, Security Operations, and Identity and Access Management functions; sets security strategy and technical direction; manages security leaders and broader staff; advises executive leadership on risk; and oversees compliance, incident response, cyber resilience, IAM governance, and security KPIs. The position is fully remote within the United States and requires extensive enterprise security experience, senior leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and minimal travel.
