Description
The Senior Program Director will oversee the strategy, standardization, technical assistance, evaluation, and impact of assigned local programs for the National Kidney Foundation. Reporting to the VP of Field Programs, the role serves as a national subject-matter expert, supports field teams, manages program workgroups and budgets, develops partnerships and needs assessments, produces impact reports, maintains Salesforce data integrity, and identifies non-industry revenue opportunities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of health-related program delivery, public health, or community engagement experience, project management and volunteer management skills, data and statistical analysis ability, and Salesforce proficiency. It is fully remote in the United States and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
