Senior Director – Financial Process Analysis and Systems Optimization at Metropolitan Transportation Authority

The Senior Director – Financial Process Analysis & Systems Optimization leads the technical and analytical work for MTA’s Financial Operations systems, including Accounts Payable, Timekeeping, and Payroll. Reporting to the Deputy Chief, Financial Operations, the role supports the CFO and Deputy Chiefs with system integrity, compliance, reporting, KPIs, process improvements, and resolution of operational and reporting issues across MTA agencies. The position is based at 333 W 34th St, is full-time, and is eligible for teleworking one day per week.
