Senior Director, FP&A at Halcyon

Halcyon is hiring a Sr Director of FP&A to serve as a strategic finance partner to the COO and executive team. The role owns annual planning, forecasting, financial modeling, board reporting, SaaS KPI analysis, business partnering, fundraising readiness, and financial process improvement. It is remote, with a preferred West Coast location, and requires 10+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies, along with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. The expected base salary is $215,000-$250,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
