Senior Director FP&A at OnPoint Group

OnPoint Group is hiring a Corporate FP&A Leader to report to the CFO and build and enhance the company’s financial planning and analysis capabilities. The role leads financial reporting, forecasting, planning, profitability and incentive analysis, business-case and ROI development, executive reporting, M&A diligence and integration, process improvement, and stakeholder management. It has supervisory responsibilities, requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related business field, at least 15 years of experience, and experience in consolidated FP&A, M&A, and strategy. The position requires moderate travel and offers a salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 plus incentive opportunities.
