Description
Revolution Medicines is hiring a Senior Director of FP&A to serve as a strategic financial business partner for PDM (CMC/Tech Ops), Research, and G&A functions. The role will manage and coach FP&A business partners, lead budgeting and forecasting, analyze variances, oversee accruals, support financial reporting and special projects, and improve financial processes. It requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, 12+ years of biopharmaceutical finance or FP&A experience with progressive leadership, and 5+ years of managerial experience. The position is full-time and hybrid, with a base salary range of $244,000 to $305,000 USD for candidates working onsite at the company's headquarters in Redwood City, California.
