Description
The Senior Director, Global Operations Improvement reports to the Corporate Vice President, Global Operations and leads the Operations improvement organization, including Operational Excellence and Operations Systems teams. The role identifies and prioritizes performance gaps, leads cross-functional and cross-plant improvement initiatives, develops and scales improvement capabilities, and partners with IT on systems, automation, and technology that improve operational performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of progressive operations or process-improvement experience, leadership experience, and typically requires 20% or more travel.
