HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Director of Global Partnerships to lead its affiliate, strategic partnerships, business development, and commercial growth functions across the group. The role will build and scale US affiliate and global partnership portfolios, develop gift-with-purchase and loyalty earn/burn programs, expand post-transaction and publisher partnerships, establish acquisition business development, and lead a team of functional leaders. It also requires building partner technology and measurement capabilities, partnering with senior leadership, and providing market insights. The position requires 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development, and 5+ years in senior leadership, and offers a New York pay range of $178,500–$216,000 USD plus equity eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
