Takeda is hiring a Senior Director, Global Program Lead- Neuroscience in its Cambridge, Massachusetts office. The role leads global research, development, commercial, and lifecycle management programs for pharmaceutical assets from discovery through launch and beyond, including multiple assets and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include asset strategy, budget and resource management, risk and issue management, change management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to executive management. The position requires an advanced scientific degree, at least 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, and at least 8 years of interdisciplinary global experience; it is a full-time hybrid role with a U.S. base salary range of $212,000 to $333,190.
