Senior Director, Growth APG at Parry Labs

Parry Labs is hiring a Senior Director to own the growth and capture campaign for Army C2 and tactical-edge programs at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The role leads qualification through contract award, manages a pipeline and bookings target, shapes requirements and acquisition strategy, structures deals, leads customer engagements, and expands tactical-edge programs. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant defense business development, capture, program management, or acquisition experience, a record of closed Army deals, and an active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
