Senior Director, Growth at Parry Labs

Parry Labs is hiring a Senior Director to own and lead its Army autonomy and formation integration campaign, converting experimentation and prototype work into funded programs, prototypes, and production orders. The role manages customer pursuits, funding lines, win strategies, proposals, CRM forecasts, and relationships across Army program offices, Detroit Arsenal, vehicle primes, and autonomy vendors. It is a senior field role based in the Detroit area, requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant defense business development or acquisition experience, a record of closed Army deals, and an active Secret security clearance.
