The Senior Director of Health & Safety Operations Europe will lead safety strategy, regulatory compliance, risk reduction, incident investigations, audits, KPI reporting, and safety culture across European operations. The role partners with supply chain and site operations, represents safety matters to regulators and external stakeholders, mentors safety experts, and explores AI and emerging technologies for continuous improvement. It requires 15+ years of safety management experience, including at least 5 years in a high-impact leadership role, along with expertise in European safety regulations and international compliance frameworks.
