Senior Director HR, SPG Central Functions at Applied Materials

Applied Materials is hiring a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to lead the HR partnership for its Central Functions across Engineering, Operations, Strategy, and Corporate Quality in Santa Clara, California. The role partners with senior executives on organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational change, and workforce decisions; leads a global team of HR Business Partners and HR professionals, including Director-level HRBPs; and provides data-driven insight and executive coaching. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, and experience leading global HR teams and shaping talent strategy in a large, global, matrixed organization. The position is full time, requires approximately 20% travel, and offers a salary of $200,000 to $275,000.
