Description
The Senior Director, Infrastructure & Operations leads global technology infrastructure, workplace technology, and IT operations for a large enterprise. Reporting to the CIO, the role oversees cloud, hosting, networks, connectivity, end-user computing, service management, managed services, vendor relationships, resilience, cost optimization, and technology modernization. The position also builds and develops global infrastructure and operations teams, contributes to enterprise technology strategy, and requires a U.S.-based or major Diebold Nixdorf location with remote leadership and periodic travel.
