Description
BioMarin is hiring a fully remote Senior Director, Integrated Planning & Analytics based in the United States to lead enterprise Integrated Business Planning across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives for its rare-disease portfolio. The role owns the global IBP and S&OE processes, coordinates clinical and commercial planning, manages ultra-low-volume supply risk, leads planning analytics and dashboards, and directs a team of integrated planners. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of progressive supply chain or operations leadership in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or rare disease, and experience with global S&OP/IBP, ERP and advanced planning systems, and complex life-science supply chains.
