Description
The Senior Director, Learning and Development will lead National Veterinary Associates’ enterprise non-clinical learning and development function across more than 1,300 sites and a centralized support center. The role owns the learning strategy, portfolio, leadership and manager development, learning operations, technology, measurement, and investment decisions, partnering with clinical learning, people operations, business leaders, and field leadership. It requires at least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise learning, leadership development, talent development, organizational development, or a related people capability function, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; the position is permanent, based in Nashville with up to 33% annual travel, and pays a base salary of $200,000–$225,000 plus a 30% annual incentive plan.
