Intuitive is hiring a Senior Director, Manufacturing Engineering – Mexico to lead the manufacturing engineering organization across its Mexico operations. The role owns manufacturing strategy, operating models, organizational development, capital planning, automation, robotics, digital manufacturing, AI-enabled process optimization, and operational excellence; it also partners with global functions and supports capacity expansion, technology deployment, and business growth. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 20+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering or operations leadership, and 10+ years leading large multi-layer engineering organizations.
