Dyne Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Director, Medical Affairs Learning & Development to lead the Medical Affairs learning and capability-building strategy as the company advances toward commercialization and launch readiness. The role develops scalable training frameworks, curricula, digital learning solutions, certification programs, launch readiness training, and field medical excellence programs; partners with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Quality, and Learning & Development; and oversees learning technologies, analytics, compliance, and continuous improvement. The position is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, requires 15+ years of progressive experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations, and offers a base pay range of $245,000 to $270,000 USD.
