Description
Atoms is hiring a Senior Director, Mining Autonomy Platform Engineering to lead the engineering team responsible for the platform supporting autonomous mining products. The role owns retrofit and integration architecture, bring-up and commissioning engineering, off-machine validation, reliability and diagnostics, configuration control, and team building, while establishing standards and technical direction across vehicle and machine integration. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or a master's degree with 10+ years, along with extensive autonomous-systems, vehicle-network, electrical, embedded, and field-deployment experience. It is based onsite in San Francisco five days per week and offers a base salary of $255,000 to $322,000 per year, plus equity and other benefits.
