Description

ServiceNow is hiring a founding leader to build and lead a Mobile Platform Engineering organization in West Palm Beach, creating an AI-native engineering culture and delivering scalable mobile platform capabilities for enterprise applications across iOS and Android. The role owns the mobile architecture, platform strategy, reliability, security, scalability, CI/CD, observability, and technical leadership, while recruiting and developing mobile and AI talent. Candidates need 12+ years of software engineering experience, significant mobile engineering leadership experience, and expertise in enterprise mobile architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native services, and AI-enabled workflows.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of software engineering experience
Significant experience leading mobile engineering organizations across Android and iOS
3+ years leading engineering managers or multi-team organizations
Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade mobile applications or mobile platforms at large scale
Experience managing Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building or integrating generative AI, LLM-powered experiences, AI agents, or copilots into mobile or enterprise applications
Working knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and AI safety principles
Familiarity with AI platforms and frameworks such as Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or comparable ecosystems
Understanding of on-device AI patterns, small language models, speech or vision models, real-time inference constraints, and mobile latency tradeoffs
Experience applying AI to engineering productivity, including code generation, test generation, automated review, incident analysis, or quality automation
