Veeva Systems is hiring a Senior Director of Crossix Analytics Services to lead the services team for its Emerging Biotech portfolio. The role partners with Sales and Strategy teams, drives customer success through Crossix Measurement insights, nurtures executive relationships, and oversees hiring, development, and mentoring of analytics professionals. It also involves evolving engagement models and applying modern tools and data-driven insights. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office, and offers a base salary of $200,000 to $275,000 plus potential bonus and stock compensation.
