KIPP Baltimore is hiring a Senior Director of Development & External Affairs to lead philanthropic revenue, major gifts, institutional giving, external affairs, strategic partnerships, communications, and brand management. The role partners with the Executive Director and Board, manages a high-performing team, and serves as a public ambassador for the organization. Candidates need at least 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in development, advancement, education administration, nonprofit management, or public affairs, along with a record of securing impactful partnerships, major gifts, and institutional grants. Compensation is $128,000–$145,000 with an immediate start.
