Description
Lattice is hiring a Talent Engineering Manager to lead its Talent Engineering organization, which includes more than 50 engineers and managers across customer-facing products. The role oversees engineering investment, product strategy and roadmap, customer experience, engineering leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational practices. Candidates must be located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada, have at least 10 years of engineering management experience including 5 years leading multiple teams and layers of leadership, and demonstrate strong product, leadership, communication, and executive judgment. The position offers CAD 270,000–360,000 in estimated annual cash salary, incentive stock options, and medical, dental, and other benefits.
