Description
Apollo.io is hiring a Director of Data Engineering to own the engineering organization responsible for its core data platform. The role leads and scales teams across Native Data, Waterfall Enrichment, and Scraping & Extension; owns data acquisition, enrichment, ingestion, distribution, quality, freshness, monitoring, and architecture; and partners with CTO Ray Li and cross-functional teams on long-term strategy. The position requires experience leading large-scale data or distributed systems engineering teams, deep technical knowledge of data infrastructure, and fluency with AI-assisted development. Compensation ranges from $349,400 to $436,800 USD for locations outside the San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle tiers, with additional benefits including equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
