OnTrac is hiring a Senior Director of Forecasting & Load Planning to lead delivery network operations, demand forecasting, volume planning, network design, service performance, budget stewardship, and talent development. The role is remote in states where OnTrac is authorized to employ individuals, requires at least 15 years of relevant experience including division leadership, and offers a base salary of $200,000–$250,000 with potential up to $300,000 and a 30% bonus target.
