CEA CAPA is hiring a Senior Director of Program Development to lead cross-departmental collaboration on academic and study-abroad program design, manage development workflows and a portfolio of programs, coordinate globally dispersed teams, and support the Chief Innovation Officer with innovation strategy. The role requires a master’s degree, at least eight years of progressively responsible study-abroad program design experience, and at least five years of curriculum integration experience. It can be performed remotely within the continental United States or on a hybrid schedule based in Phoenix, Arizona, with a salary of $100,000-$110,000 and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
