Required Previous Experiences: 17+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership experience managing managers and multi-disciplinary development teams.

Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing software development organizations.
Strong understanding of modern software architecture, including mobile, back-end and web, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and software delivery practices.
Experience managing the software development budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
Track record of delivering complex products and platforms at scale.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with executive-level presence.
