This leader will report to the VP of Finance and work directly with the CEO and Board, focusing on data-informed decision-making, team scalability, and maximizing business outcomes to accelerate growth and enhance market leadership.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting, with meaningful time spent in B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated track record of building and scaling partnership programs, whether channel, technology, or strategic alliances.
Experience leading build-vs-buy evaluations and M&A due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and post-acquisition integration planning.
Familiarity with exit planning activities including data room preparation, investor due diligence processes, and enterprise value optimization strategies.
Experience developing frameworks for measuring the financial impact of AI and technology investments on business performance.
Preferred Qualifications: Deep fluency in SaaS financial metrics (ARR, NDR, CAC/LTV, Rule of 40) and a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable strategic recommendations.
Demonstrated success partnering with executive teams and Boards to align financial strategy with business objectives and enterprise value.
Data-driven leader, comfortable aligning financial and partnership investments to ROI and value creation.
