Description
SimpliSafe is hiring a Senior Director of UX Design, Research & Content Strategy to lead experience strategy across its app, web, hardware, and customer lifecycle products. The role owns the multi-year UX vision, design systems, content strategy, research discipline, AI-augmented workflows, and the development of a 12-person team, while serving on the CPO’s leadership team and partnering with executive stakeholders. Candidates need 15+ years of relevant experience, at least 6 years leading multi-disciplinary organizations, executive-level influence, and hands-on AI tool fluency. The target annual base pay is $244,000 to $325,000, with a hybrid work model.
