Description
Vertiv is hiring a Senior Director, Operations Execution to report to the VP Operations EMEA and oversee daily operations across 10 manufacturing facilities in the EMEA region. The role owns production reliability, operational metrics, safety, compliance, operational maturity, lean and Six Sigma improvements, workforce and capacity scaling, CapEx planning, and the development of plant leadership. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field, at least 10 years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience including multi-site leadership, and strong financial and operational excellence expertise. The role may be performed in Italy, Slovakia, or Ireland, with an indicated annual gross salary range of 127,000€ to 160,000€ in Piove di Sacco, Italy.
