The role leads packaging innovation, tooling and decoration development, supplier management, regulatory compliance, product launches, and the development of a packaging engineering team. It is based in the Los Angeles corporate office with at least three days in the office and requires domestic and international travel. The position requires 10+ years of progressive packaging engineering, development, or innovation experience in cosmetics, beauty, or luxury consumer goods, with a salary range of $170,000 to $200,000 USD.
