(Senior) Director, Process Engineering at ASM

ASM is hiring a Process Engineering Manager to lead process engineering for a key product group in its Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technology. The role manages product-process engineering teams, sets and implements processes, develops and executes technology and product roadmaps, leads product lifecycle activities, manages development performance and cost, supports existing products and continuous improvement, and builds relationships with customers and cross-functional engineering organizations. The position requires a master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field, at least 12 years of semiconductor equipment development experience, and a proven record of building and scaling process engineering teams.
