AbbVie is hiring a Sr Director Process Engineering Peptides API to provide enterprise-level engineering leadership, technical governance, standards development, and project delivery support for biologics drug substance and cell and gene therapy manufacturing. The role supports strategic capital investments, new manufacturing facilities, technology platforms, capacity creation, process design, technical assurance, validation and CQV interfaces, and operational readiness across multiple sites and external partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a relevant technical discipline, typically 15+ years of relevant experience, and strong technical, leadership, risk-management, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
