Description

IQVIA Digital is looking for a Senior Director, Product – Media OS to lead the transformation of their flagship healthcare marketing platform into an intelligent, AI-powered audience and activation ecosystem. The role involves defining and executing the product vision, driving innovation, managing the product roadmap, leading platform and ecosystem development, shaping commercial strategy, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and advocating for thought leadership in healthcare marketing.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of product management and product leadership experience in Advertising technology (AdTech), Marketing technology (MarTech), Digital platforms, and Data-driven SaaS environments.
Proven success building and scaling enterprise platforms supporting planning, activation, and measurement workflows.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (MBA or related graduate degree).
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with AI/ML-based optimization, prediction, and recommendation systems.
Experience building open-platform ecosystems and partner integration strategies.
Knowledge of privacy regulations and healthcare marketing compliance requirements.
