Description
Teamworks is hiring a Senior Director of Product to own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and AI strategy for its Coaching, Player Personnel, Recruiting, and Intelligence products. The role leads product managers and product leaders across multiple sports markets, represents the business to customers, leagues, and partners, drives cross-functional delivery, and owns revenue and P&L accountability. Candidates need a multi-product portfolio track record, sports fluency, experience leading product teams or managing a new business unit, and at least 8 years in product management or software development in B2B SaaS, sports technology, vertical AI, or comparable industries. The role is not eligible for sponsorship.
