Senior Director, Product Design at Nanit

Nanit is hiring a Senior Director of Product Design to define the company’s design vision and customer experience across mobile software, connected hardware, AI-powered products, subscriptions, and emerging product categories. Reporting to the SVP of Product, the role will partner with Product, Engineering, Hardware, Clinical, and Marketing; lead Product Design and User Research; establish design standards; build a high-performing design organization; and translate complex technology into human-centered experiences. The position is hybrid in New York City, requiring candidates to work in the office two to three days per week, with remote work from home in August.
