Senior Director, Program Management at lifeminetx

LifeMine is hiring a Senior Director, Program Management to lead cross-functional project management across research, preclinical, and clinical-stage drug development programs. The role owns program management for the lead asset LIFE-001 and relevant follow-on assets, manages timelines, risks, and mitigation plans, identifies barriers and process improvements, supports commercialization strategy, and builds project management capabilities and talent as the pipeline grows. The position requires a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a directly relevant field, 12+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years of management experience, and expertise in pharmaceutical drug discovery and development.
