Senior Director, Program Management at Atrium

Atrium is hiring a Senior Director, Program Management to provide strategic and operational leadership for cross-functional drug development programs, partnering with the Early Development Lead and functional leaders to shape program strategy, manage integrated plans, identify risks, and drive decisions through early development through clinical and regulatory milestones. The role requires extensive biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience, strong cross-functional leadership, program planning and governance expertise, and familiarity with project management tools. The base salary is $256,500-$283,500, with stock options, RSUs, a 401(k) match, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
