Neurocrine Biosciences is hiring a senior program-management leader to own strategy, execution, launch readiness, governance, risk, resource planning, and life-cycle management for its highest-value late-stage clinical and commercial programs. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders, supports senior leadership decisions, manages vendors and budgets, and develops program managers. It requires a life-science degree, 15+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, and direct accountability for at least one major product launch. The annual base salary is $218,700 to $298,000, with a 35% target bonus and equity-based long-term incentives.
