Description

Dyne Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Director, Quality Control to lead quality control strategy and execution for clinical and commercial manufacturing, pipeline advancement, and product lifecycle management. The role oversees global GMP compliance, inspection readiness, external testing laboratories, analytical methods, release and stability testing, specifications, regulatory submissions, data integrity, and vendor performance. It is based in Waltham, Massachusetts, is not eligible for remote work, and offers a base pay range of $240,000 to $285,000 USD.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in biology, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 15+ years of experience in Analytical Development and Quality Control, including significant leadership of people or a function
GMP quality control experience with compendial and product-specific assays for antibodies and small molecules
Experience overseeing contract testing laboratories, analytical method lifecycle activities, release and stability programs, and inspection readiness
Experience supporting regulatory submissions and inspections, including analytical Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls content
Experience establishing and maintaining drug substance and drug product specifications, stability programs, reference standard programs, and laboratory compliance systems
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a related discipline
